APPLICATIONS
Since 2008 we have been building robotic production systems for the automotive supply industry and general manufacturing. Below are some of the applications we have delivered: robotic welding, machine tending, part handling and drilling.
ALUMINIUM WELDING – SMALL PARTS
Robotic MIG welding of small aluminium parts. Parts are fixed in a fixture and welded with consistent, repeatable quality.
ALUMINIUM MANIFOLD WELDING
Robotic welding of aluminium manifold parts. Torch path and welding parameters are optimised for each part.
SYNCHRONIZED WELDING
The robot and positioner move in sync, so the weld runs continuously while the part rotates.
DUAL-ROBOT WELDING CELL WITH ROTARY TABLE
A welding cell where two robots work together, with a 3-axis rotary table positioner.
FABRİKAYNAK® DR SERIES
FABRİKAYNAK® DR series robotic welding cell with two Yaskawa robots and a 3-axis rotary table positioner.
STEEL DOOR FRAME WELDING
Robotic welding of steel door frames; consistent quality on long, repetitive seams.
ROBOTIC WHEEL HANDLING
Wheels are picked by the robot and moved between stations, taking heavy, repetitive work off the operator.
SINGLE-ROBOT MACHINE TENDING
Machine tending system where a single robot loads and unloads the machine automatically.
DUAL-ROBOT MACHINE TENDING
Two robots work together and parts are transferred between machines automatically.
ROBOTIC DRILLING
Holes are drilled automatically by the robot at programmed positions on the part.
